While Healing Hands medical scrubs founder Bansi Lakhani, a successful sportswear manufacturer, was in a hospital recovering from a heart attack, he spoke at length with the nurses assigned to his floor. When the topic of the "ideal scrub set" came up one day, Lakhani paid careful attention to what the nurses had to say. Vowing to repay the healthcare professionals who dispensed first-rate care to him when he was ailing, Lakhani decided to establish Healing Hands medical scrubs.
