Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase/gift, you may return it within 45 days of order delivery for a full refund. After 45 days, all sales are final.

Personalized items (embroidered/imprinted/engraved), clearance items, gift certificates, custom affiliate merchandise and items with wholesale or bulk order discounts may not be returned.

Please note, many of our apparel items are imprinted via a Direct to Garment printing method. Due to the nature of Direct To Garment printing, exact pantone color match cannot be guaranteed. A pre-treat is applied to the garment as part of the printing process which may make the fabric feel “stiff”. This will wash out of the garment when laundered. Minor color loss in the design may also occur during the initial washing. This is normal. On embroidered items, your garment may have hand-applied fabric pencil marks that were used for aligning the custom embroidery. These marks will wash out during the initial laundering.

General Conditions for Returns

All refunds will be by the original method of payment if returned item(s) are received within 45 days of order delivery. Purchases made with a gift certificate will always be refunded with a store credit. Customers wishing to return an item purchased as part of a Buy One, Get One offer will be refunded the cost of the returned item, less any discounts that were applied to the item they are keeping, as that product is no longer eligible for Buy One, Get One savings.

Apparel must be returned in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING and may not be washed, worn, embroidered or show signs of wear.

All non-apparel items may be returned if RESALABLE and in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

ADVANCE Healthcare Shop, Inc. does not refund gift wrap charges, original shipping and handling charges or reimburse the cost to return items. Shipping charges are not refundable.

ADVANCE Healthcare Shop, Inc. will ship your exchange to you for free.

If you need to exchange item(s), we will pay to send your replacement item(s) at no cost to you. Just follow the return instructions and return the item at your cost and we will pay to ship you the new item. This offer is only available for shipments in the 48 contiguous United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada or International addresses are not valid.

Items returned without an invoice (or without the information contained in the invoice) cannot be processed for return, and will be returned to you at your cost.

It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue an online store credit for gift recipients.

To return your item(s), please follow these instructions below.

Returns within the United States

Step 1: Fill out the return form on the packing slip.

Step 2: Place the items you would like to return and this form in the original package, or in a comparable new package. If you are reusing the package, be sure to cover the original shipping label with the new label.

International Returns and Returns from United State Territories and APO/FPO Addresses

Step 1: Fill out the return form on the packing slip.

Step 2: Place the items you would like to return and this form in the original package, or in a comparable new package.

Step 3: Affix your return shipping label on the package. If you are reusing the package, be sure to cover the original shipping label with the new label. Your package should be addressed to:

This terms of this current return policy are in effect as of 12/19/2011. ADVANCE Healthcare Shop, Inc. reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time.
