If you are not satisfied with your purchase/gift, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. After 30 days have elapsed, you may return the item for a store credit within a year.
Personalized items (embroidered/imprinted/engraved), clearance items and items with wholesale discounts may not be returned.

Returns within the United States
Step 1: Fill out the return form on the packing slip.
Step 2: Place the items you would like to return and this form in the original package, or in a comparable new package.
Step 3: Affix the prepaid, preprinted UPS return shipping label on the package. If you are reusing the package, be sure to cover the original shipping label with the new label. When you use the UPS prepaid return shipping label, $6.95 will be deducted from your merchandise credit or refund.
Step 4: Drop the package off at any UPS delivery or pickup address. For UPS pickup and delivery locations, or to schedule a pickup, call 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5887) or go online to www.ups.com . Please be sure to retain the tracking number so you can track the package, or you can track your package online from the order history page.
International Returns and Returns from United State Territories and APO/FPO Addresses

General Conditions for Returns
All refunds will be by the original method of payment if returned item(s) are received within 30 days of shipment. Returns received after 30 days and within one year will be issued a store credit. Purchases made with a gift certificate will always be refunded with a store credit.
Apparel must be returned in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING and may not be washed, worn, embroidered or show signs of wear.
All non-apparel items may be returned if RESALABLE and in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
ADVANCE Healthcare Shop, Inc. does not refund gift wrap charges, original shipping and handling charges or reimburse the cost to return items. Shipping charges are not refundable.
The ADVANCE Healthcare Shop, Inc. will ship your exchange to you for free. If you need to exchange item(s), we will pay to send your replacement item(s) at no cost to you. Just follow the return instructions and return the item at your cost and we will pay to ship you the new item. This offer is only available for shipments in the 48 contiguous United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada or International addresses are not valid.
Items returned without an invoice (or without the information contained in the invoice) cannot be processed for return, and will be returned to you at your cost.
It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue an online store credit for gift recipients.
